JACALYN: Salon owner and senior stylist
Jacalyn is the dynamic owner of Freedom Hairdressing, bringing over 12 years of vibrant experience to the hair industry. Beginning her journey at the young age of 16, she took a bold step by purchasing her first salon at 20, quickly establishing herself as a respected figure in the field.
Her expertise is as diverse as it is impressive, encompassing everything from freehand colouring to intricate perming techniques. Jacalyn ensures that each client receives tailored care and attention, transforming their visions into reality. Her unwavering commitment to creativity and excellence has made Freedom Hairdressing a sought-after destination for those eager to redefine their style.
Deeply believing in the transformative power of hair to express individuality, Jacalyn strives to make every visit not just a service, but an unforgettable experience. Charlotte: Senior stylist
Charlotte is a Senior Hair Stylist with a passion for creating effortlessly beautiful, personalised hair that enhances each client’s natural features and lifestyle.
Having started her hairdressing career at just 16, Charlotte has developed a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. With a focus on maintaining the health and integrity of the hair, she is dedicated to creating beautiful, wearable results tailored to each individual client.
Dedicated to ongoing education and refining her craft, Charlotte stays up to date with the latest techniques and trends to ensure every client receives a premium, tailored experience. Her approach combines technical expertise with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, allowing clients to relax, feel cared for, and leave the salon feeling confident and refreshed.
Charlotte believes that great hair is more than just a service, it is an experience. Outside of the salon, Charlotte enjoys staying active through walks and fitness, spending quality time with her boyfriend, friends, and family, and enjoying a night out at the local pub.(Specifically The Charcoal when Mossy Rocks is playing)

JASMINE: SENIOR HAIRDRESSER
Jasmine is a vibrant senior hairdresser, dedicated to helping clients express their individuality through breathtaking hair. Her journey in the hair industry is one of continuous growth and discovery, where each day introduces her to exciting techniques, trends, and styles waiting to be explored. Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, Jasmine actively seeks out workshops, classes, and hands-on experiences to refine her skills and stay ahead of the curve.
She believes in a personalised approach, taking the time to understand each client's unique needs and vision. Jasmine’s goal is to create looks that not only enhance her clients' features but also seamlessly fit their lifestyles. Outside the salon, Jasmine can often be found soaking up the sun at the beach with her golden retriever, Layla, or creating lasting memories with family and friends. Her zest for life and passion for her craft make her a rising star in the industry, one who is truly dedicated to making every client feel special.
Isabel: Apprentice stylist/Barber
Isabel, better known as Izzy, began her barbering journey at just 15 years old and now has 4 years of experience behind the chair. During this time, she has developed a strong passion for creating personalised looks and helping every client leave the salon feeling confident and their best.
Izzy is now continuing to grow her career by completing her Hairdressing Apprenticeship, expanding her skills and knowledge across all areas of hairdressing. She is passionate about education, ongoing learning and developing new skills, and loves every opportunity to grow and challenge herself within the industry.
With her barbering background, creativity and enthusiasm for hairdressing, Izzy brings a fresh and passionate approach to every appointment. She loves welcoming new clients to the salon and creating a comfortable, friendly experience from the moment they sit in her chair.
Outside of the salon, Izzy loves walks along the beach, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying life outside of work.
